Building a law-based government is the main body and focus of law-based governance, which requires transforming government functions, improving work style, and enhancing administrative efficiency and credibility. Honesty is the knot of the world. Chinese governments at all levels shoulder the responsibilities of economic development, social governance, public services, and ensuring people's livelihood, and are the main bodies of the formulation and implementation of laws, regulations, and policy documents. As the promoters and implementors of the construction of a country under the rule of law, the importance of strengthening the construction of government integrity has become increasingly evident. The construction of government integrity is not only a powerful practice to improve administrative efficiency; And it is the basic foothold of all levels of government to enhance credibility; It is also a prerequisite for the establishment of good trust and cooperation between the government, social organizations, enterprises, the public and other social governance organisms. It is also an important starting point for the construction of the rule of law government. This paper explores how to strengthen the construction of government integrity from the perspective of the rule of law government, and through strengthening the construction of government integrity, promote the government to transform institutional functions, improve work style, ensure the joint efforts of rule of law and rule of virtue, improve administrative efficiency and credibility, prevent and resolve the risk of social conflicts, better serve the people, ensure social harmony and stability, sustainable economic development, and long-term national peace and stability. This paper explores how to strengthen the construction of government integrity from the perspective of the rule of law government, and expands the practical guidance of the combination of rule of law and rule of virtue. Firstly, the connotation, basic theory and logical relation of government by law and government affairs integrity are expounded. Then it analyzes the necessity and the present situation of the construction of government affairs honesty and trust under the perspective of legal government. Finally, this paper explores how to strengthen and improve the 2 construction of government integrity in the process of promoting government by law, hoping to be beneficial to the construction of government by law and government integrity in our country. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, this paper is divided into four parts. The first part is the basic theory of promoting the construction of government affairs integrity in our country from the perspective of government by law, expounds the connotation of government affairs integrity and government affairs integrity, and analyzes the necessity of the construction of government affairs integrity in our country from the perspective of government by law. The second part expounds the status quo of the construction of government affairs integrity in the process of promoting the rule-by-law government affairs integrity construction, combs the development context of the construction of government affairs integrity in our country, and analyzes the shortcomings of the construction of government affairs integrity in our country. The third part is the constraints of the construction of government affairs integrity in our country from the perspective of government by law. The fourth part explores the way to strengthen the construction of government integrity in China from the perspective of government by law.
