时政新闻周刊,是以周或隔周为出版周期,以报道时事、政治新闻为 主要内容,以深度报道、发表观点与评论为主旨,装帧成册发行,讲究封 面设计及图片报道运用的期刊形式。 在各种新闻媒体中,时政新闻周刊是时效性最欠缺的一种,却也是对 阅读质量要求最高的一种。周刊这种独特的出版形态,决定了它必然比其 他媒体更注重、也更善于利用新闻策划。如果将时政周刊看成一个产品, 那么新闻策划则是决定这个产品的内在价值和外在卖相的最关键因素之 一。 新闻策划对于时政周刊具有毋庸置疑的重要作用,但是在实践和研究 这两个领域中,时政类周刊新闻策划的现状都不尽如人意。一方面,在实 践应用中,普遍存在的情形是:周刊对于新闻策划的理解过于狭窄,或者 在操作中走入了误区,一些有价值的操作经验没有上升到理论层面。另一 方面,有关新闻策划的研究文章虽多,而从时政周刊的需求出发研究新闻 策划的论文却很少,国内目前还没有研究者作出过系统阐述。这与它在实 务操作中的重要程度相比,是不平衡的。时政周刊的新闻实践需要这样的 研究。 因此,本文试图从实践中的需求出发,将新闻策划与时政周刊两者结 合起来,从时政周刊市场竞争的角度来研究新闻策划的功能和实务操作模 式。本论文的目的,就是在分析周刊的出版形态的基础上,阐明新闻策划 对于时政周刊的意义,进而从时政周刊的需求出发,阐述其新闻策划的类 型、特征,提出操作性建议。研究方法主要采用文献分析和对比研究的方 法。 本文的主要内容如下: 第一章,首先给出时政类周刊的定义,并选定五本有影响力的时政周 刊作为本文的分析对象。论文在分析我国时政期刊的市场现状后指出,目 前国内的时政期刊市场竞争还未白热化,处于跑马圈地阶段。这为时政新 闻周刊对新闻活动进行全方位的策划提供了空间。 第二章是论文的主体部分,该部分从读者定位策划、封面策划和专题 策划三个最重要的策划角度切入,研究时政类周刊新闻策划的功能和实务 操作模式。在读者定位策划方面,本文对五种周刊的读者定位进行了比较 1 分析,认为基于我国中间阶层的划分模糊,定位于中产阶级的新闻周刊还 有必要进一步深化和细化自己的受众定位。在封面策划方面,本文认为, 成功的封面应该具备以下几个因素:能够突出标识使读者便于识别。醒目、 优美,能较强地吸引读者的眼球。进行封面策划必须做到:选题“精”、 角度“准”、内容“深”、注重表现形式。在专题策划方面,本文在分析了 专题策划的几种常用形式和模式后指出,时至今天,期刊专题策划并不仅 仅停留在浅层面的竞争,而是进一步深入,呈现出专题策划常规化、多样 化与深度化等特点。 第三章,本文在分析了时政类周刊所面临的媒介生态和竞争现状之 后,讨论了它应该采取的竞争策略,并着重指出,其关键在于策划人才的 培养和使用。 新闻策划并不是一个新鲜的话题,但如何在不断演变的背景下把握周 刊新闻策划的精髓,将永远是一个有价值的话题。

  • The current politics Newsweek is take the week or the fortnightly as the publication cycle, reported that the current event, the political news are the primary coverage, by the depth reported that expresses the viewpoint and the commentary is the primary intention, the mounting and design becomes the book release is utilize periodical form which fastidious about the cover design and the picture report. In each kind of news media, the current politics Newsweek is the most defective time-limited one kind, actually is also the highest quality requirement to reads. This kind of unique publication shape had decided it to pay great attention; to be also good at inevitably using the news plan compares other media. If regards the current politics weekly as a product, then the news plan is the most key aspects to decides this product which the intrinsic value and external appearance. The news plan has the without a doubt influential role regarding the current politics weekly, but in practices and studies, the current politics class weekly news plan's present situation is not entirely as desired. On the one hand, in the practice application, the universal existence situation is: Too narrow understanding of the weekly regarding the news plan, or erroneous zone in the operation; some valuable operation experience has not risen to the theory stratification plane. On the other hand, although there are many related news plan's research article, but embarks the research news plan paper from the current politics weekly's demand to be very actually few, at present no researchers have make the system elaboration in our country. This is not balanced that compares with it in the practice operation's important degree. The current politics weekly's news practice needs such research. Therefore, this article attempts to embark from the practice the demand, unifies the news plan and current politics weekly both, studies the news plan' s function and practice operator schema from the current politics weekly market competition's angle. This paper is on the foundation of analysis weekly publication shape to expounded that the significance of news plan regarding the 1 current politics weekly, then embarks from the current politics weekly's demand, elaborated its news plan's type, the characteristic, put forward the operational proposal. The research technique mainly uses the literature analysis and the contrast research method. This article primary coverage is as follows: The first chapter, firstly, it gives the definition of the current politics class weekly, and designated that five have the influence current politics weekly as this article' s analysis object. After analyzing our country current politics weekly' s present market situation this paper pointed out that at present the domestic current politics weekly market competition has not superheating, it runs the horse stable stage. This provides the space for the current politics Newsweek to carry on Omni-directional plan for the news activity. The second chapter is the paper's main body part, this part cut into three most important plan angles of the locates to readers plan, the title page plan and the topic plan, research current politics class weekly news plan function and practice operator schema. In the locates to readers plan aspect , this article has carried on the comparative analysis on five kind of weekly locates to readers, thought that based on our country intermediate strata's fuzzy division, locates in the middle class Newsweek also has the necessity to further deepen and the refinement of located own audiences. In the title page plan aspect, this article believed that the success title page should have the following several factors: Mark prominently causes the reader to be advantageous for the recognition. Striking, exquisite, attract reader's eyeball. Carries on the title page plan to achieve:"fine" topic,"exact" angle, and"deep" content, pays great attention the manifestation. In the topic plan aspect, after having analyzed special plan several commonly used forms and the pattern this article pointed out that until today the periodical topic plan not only pauses in the shallow layer surface competition, but further thorough, presents the special plan reutilization, the diversification and characteristics and so on. The third chapter, after having analyzed the medium ecology and the competition present situation that the current politics class weekly faces this article discussed the competition strategy which it should adopt, and 2 emphatically pointed out its key lies in plans talented person's raise and use. The news plan is not a new topic, but how to grasps the essence of the weekly news plan under the evolving unceasingly background, will be a valuable topic forever.
