笔迹特征信息与笔迹鉴定系统性研究

摘要:

笔迹学是研究书写动作习惯的规律特点及其鉴定识别方法的科学。在笔迹鉴定中,鉴定人依据笔迹特征信息认识书写动作习惯本质。一般认为,笔迹特征是书写动作习惯的表现形式,是书写动作习惯的反映。书写动作习惯的外化称为笔迹特征,笔迹特征是笔迹鉴定的重要依据。本文对笔迹特征的性质做了探讨,在前人的笔迹特征性质基础上提出了有限性、相对性、关联性、价值不等性四个新的性质,并对“笔迹特征存在于非规范之中”的观点提出了自己的看法。 笔迹特征要通过一定的信息量反映出来,笔迹特征信息是笔迹特征的反映,但该反映是因人而异的。人们对笔迹特征信息的看法不同来源于两个方面,一是获取信息的方法、手段的差异,另一是鉴定人的个体差异,这两个差异造成了鉴定人对笔迹特征信息的判读不同,这是不同鉴定人针对同一笔迹特征看法不同的根本原因。 建立笔迹的数学模型是深刻认识笔迹特征的基础,也是笔迹学走向科学的必由之路。借助现代信息技术的科学成果及数学工具,本人提出了笔迹的数学模型,该模型除书面语言特征反映较困难外,常规的笔迹特征都可以通过一定的映射得到反映。该数学模型基本是成功的。 笔迹的数学模型的建立也为笔迹特征信息的数学表达奠定了基础,受信息论的启发,在《组成论》的基础上,提出了笔迹信息熵的概念,进而提出了笔迹复杂度的概念,对笔迹信息的认识更为加深一步。 最后对笔迹鉴定系统的发展方向——计算机笔迹鉴定系统对现状和未来发展进行了分析,提出了必须进一步将传统笔迹学科学化的探索。
