都市女性报纸办报策略——以重庆《新女报》为例

在日益严峻的纸媒环境下,《新女报》作为一家极具特色的女性报媒,在重庆经营了十三年,在十多年的发展中始终采用女性视角,服务于女性受众,定位于女性市场。在保证内容价值的前提下,密切关注市场走向,内容根据市场进行调整,在这个发展过程中《新女报》不断完善创新,从摸索到成熟,逐渐形成了自己的经营办报模式。也许扎根于重庆这座有着女性独立思想土壤的城市是它的幸运,然而准确的自我剖析,精准的市场定位以及创新的办报思维或许才是《新女报》屹立不倒的内核所在。在如今报业严峻的大背景下,它的生存与发展是值得现今报媒同行借鉴的。 而《新女报》内部的领导和工作人员到底是怎样看待他们的这份报纸,又是抱持着什么样的信念在操作这份报纸的呢?深入《新女报》编辑室,是一个坚守自己的特色,重视女性,重视市场,重视广告,重视读者,并且重视自我的团队。正是有了他们的坚守与重视,才有了现在这份内涵丰富特色显著的报纸,才有了如今成长为中国女报第一品牌的《新女报》。 但是《新女报》的不足仍是十分明显的,例如它对于新媒体的运作并不成熟,与报纸的结合仍有待提高;在报道热门话题时,对于大热选题的过分依赖,极易造成选题的同质化,甚至使读者产生阅读疲劳。 本文采用了访谈法、参与式观察法与内容分析法三种研究方法来探讨《新女报》的办报策略。本文研究认为《新女报》在办报策略上有五点值得借鉴的地方:一、紧密追踪市场。《新女报》定期对市场进行调查,以调整报纸内容。二、坚持女性视角。《新女报》一直坚持使用女性视角进行采写,用独特视角诠释内容以区别于其他报纸,这为《新女报》的特色经营打下基础。三、重视读者。编辑室会回访读者的阅读感受,报纸会定期为读者举办答谢活动,提供读者优惠。四、举办活动。《新女报》大力举办有助于提高女性生活品质的活动,宣传女性精神。五、拓展发行。《新女报》在发行紧缩的环境下,积极拓宽零售网点,加大报纸征订。

  • In the increasingly severe environment of print media, as a unique female newspaper media, "new women" has gone through thirteen years in Chongqing.The "new women" is always using the female perspective in ten years of development, serving the female audience, positioning in women market. On the premise of guaranteeing the content value, "new women" always pay attention to the direction of the market, adjusting the content according to the market. During this process, "new women" also continues to improve itself, innovation From exploring to mature, it completed a graceful change. It’s lucky to root in a city which is full of women independent thoughts of soil like Chongqing. However, accurate self-analysis, accurate market positioning and innovative thought may be the core reason why this newspaper survived. In the serious background of newspapers, its experience of survival and development is worth learning for newspaper media. But how the "new women" internal leadership and staff treat their newspaper, and what kind of belief is holding on in the operation of the newspaper? Into the newspaper editorial office, a vitality professional team. They stick to their own characteristics, attaching importance to women, paying attention to market, emphasising on advertising, attaching great importance to the reader and themself. Because of the persistence, the rich connotation characteristic newspaper comes out, and has now grown to be the top brand of new female newspapers. But the "new women" still have shortcomings. For example,the operation of new media is not mature,and it still need to be improved when combining with newspapers. And it will lose the newspaper features if too persistent with hot news. Not only easy to cause homogenization of topics, and even make readers tired. In this paper, interview survey, participant observation, content analysis, are the three research methods that we use to explore the newspaper strategy of "new woman". There are five strategies of "new women",which are worthy to be learned by other newspapers: first, closely tracking the market. The "new women" does market investigation regularly, in order to adjusting the newspaper content. Second, stick to the female perspective. The "new women" always insists on writing in female perspective, using unique angle of view 1 to explain the content, to distinguish it from other newspapers and lay the foundation. Third, take the readers seriously. They get feedback from the readers, and hold appreciation event for the readers regularly. Fourth, hold events to improve women's quality of life .Fifth, expand distribution. In the tightening environment, actively widen the retail outlets, and increase newspaper booking.
