摘要:

本论文从媒介生态学的基本理论引入,分析了当前中国媒介生态危机,在总结出和 谐的媒介生态环境之必备要素的基础上,研究媒介与受众、政治、经济、文化、媒介的 互动关系,为创造和谐的中国媒介生态环境提供对策。 媒介生态学基本理论是本论文研究的起点;运用理论分析当前媒介生态危机,以便 有的放矢;必备要素是和谐媒介生态环境的特征概括;最终落脚到如何创造的对策研究 上,达到创造和谐的中国媒介生态环境之目标。 当前我国媒介生态面临的诸多问题迫切需要运用媒介生态理论,在媒介生态观的视 阈下全面分析、反思媒介发展,寻找传媒业发展之路。运用媒介生态理论,可分析当前 我国媒介发展的生态环境,将媒介放置在大的社会系统之中,揭示出在一定时代、地域 条件下,与媒介关系密切,对其决策和运作产生直接影响的要素,剖析这些要素对媒介 产生的制约作用并研究媒介与其的互动关系。 在媒介生态学的视角下展开媒介研究,是希望探索媒介生态的规律,促使传媒业拨 开此前发展中的缺陷,在发展中调整,在调整中寻求战略性、整体性突破,创造和谐的 媒介生态环境,维护媒介生态平衡。创造和谐的媒介生态环境既是传媒业自身发展的需 要,也是全社会健康运行的需要,更是全体受众以至国民获取信息、提升素质、传承文 化的需要。和谐的媒介生态环境将促进传媒业全面、协调、可持续发展,促进政治、经 济、文化诸社会系统与媒介系统的良性互动,有助于人的全面发展和全社会的生态平衡。 研究媒介生态学的价值主要体现在以下几个方面:探求我国媒介生态的现状及发展 方向;寻找保持我国媒介生态平衡的方法;探索媒介生态演化的规律;研究媒介生态环 境对人类生存发展的影响。从媒介生态学的视角对媒介展开研究,是从宏观着眼、从联 系入手、讲互动协调,按照科学性、规律性的发展思路和策略发展传媒,同时促进人的 全面发展,社会的全面进步。 本文从媒介生态视角,探讨了我国新闻传播中的若干不平衡现象:从媒介政策易变,权力因素掣肘,媒介和政府传通不良;传媒资本不足,经济因素诱惑,媒介与经济互动 不良;新闻法制滞后,传者权益无法保障,制度化运行不良;媒介律己乏力,结构失衡, 恶性竞争时有出现等维度解读当前我国的媒介生态危机。并以 2003 年“非典”报道和 2008 年“3·14”拉萨事件报道为例分析中国式的媒介生态危机。 解读中国的媒介生态危机是为创造和谐的中国媒介生态环境奠定基础。媒介生态环 境,是指媒介所处的社会背景和现实环境,是媒介在社会系统中生存发展的环境与空间, 包括媒介与社会系统各组成部分之间的关系,媒介与媒介之间的关系,也包括媒介内部 要素结构状态,是媒介与社会之间有机关系的集合体。 和谐的媒介生态环境指媒介生态系统内部各种要素有序组合,均衡发展,资源循环 流动。媒介系统自身和谐发展,媒介与外部环境良性互动,人类拥有良好的生活环境和 传播环境,整个媒介生态环境健康、稳定、有序、平衡。本文概括总结出媒介系统与相 关系统良性互动;媒介生态系统整体协调发展;媒介生态系统资源循环流动;媒介生态 平衡有序,兼顾多重效益以及媒介、社会、人三者的和谐这五个方面是和谐的媒介生态 环境之必备要素。 创造和谐的中国媒介生态环境之对策是本文的着力点,分别从五个维度进行分析研 究,进而得出结论: 传受互动,完善供求,创造和谐的受众生态环境需要创造畅通的信息渠道,传播以 受众为出发点;完善信息供求,拓宽受众层次;受众应成为成熟理性的媒介使用者;重 视受众反馈,运用舆论反射达到最佳效果;在突发性事件中媒介与受众共同面对,树立 公信力。 完善政策,健全法律,创造和谐的制度生态环境要从完善媒介政策和管理体制入手, 作为和谐媒介生态环境的政策支撑;以相关法律法规的完善,作为和谐媒介生态环境的 法律支撑。 经济逐利,承担责任,创造和谐的市场生态环境应当鼓励民营经济进入传媒产业, 实现投资主体多元化;积极利用社会资金和境外资金,建立多元化的投融资体制,提高 投融资效率;在市场准入限制中实行合理分工,分类管理;促进媒介生态资源整合,循 环流动;单一业务向多重业务拓展;强化市场调节,加强宏观调控,完善社会责任。 正向引导,积极提升,创造和谐的文化生态环境要把握文化体制改革政策、文化产 业发展政策出台的机遇,推动传媒事业发展进入新的繁荣时期;媒介应引领文化前进方向;了解受众文化需求,提升受众文化品味;传承社会文化,提升人文精神。 强化自律,和谐共进,创造和谐的行业生态环境则应当力求媒体内部自我调适,强 化自律,和谐发展;媒介之间有序竞争,和谐共进,力求共存共赢。 总之,创造和谐的媒介生态环境需要媒介与受众、政治、经济、文化和媒介自身充 分、协调地良性互动,本文从以上几个方面对此提出了对策。传媒业在良好的媒介生态 中才能科学处理经济利益与社会效益、发展目标与方法路径、阶段目标与长远目标、局 部发展和系统发展的关系,从而在信息时代显示出强大的生命力。 和谐的媒介生态环境,保持媒介的生态平衡,不仅能够促进媒介本身的繁荣发展, 还能够促进整个社会经济、政治、文化的进步,强化人的主体价值和精神需求,有益于 整个社会的生态平衡。

  • In this paper, from the media to introduce the basic theory of ecology, analysis of the current existence of the Chinese media, ecological crisis, at the conclusion of a harmonious ecological environment of the media based on the essential elements to study the media and audiences, political, economic, cultural, media interaction between the media for creating a harmonious provide a solution to the ecological environment of Chinese media. Ecological perspective in the media under the Media Research is to explore the ecology of the law of the media to the media industry in the development of clear defects earlier in the development of adjustment, in the search for a strategic adjustment, the overall breakthrough in the media to create a harmonious ecological environment, safeguard the ecological balance of the media. Study the significance of the media ecology is mainly reflected in the following some aspects of : to explore the status quo of China's media ecology, development and change; look for the media to maintain the ecological balance of our country ways and laws; to explore the evolution of global ecological law of the media; studies the media ecology of human impact on the survival and development. Media ecology from the perspective of the study of media, from a macro-oriented, starting from the contact, interaction stresses coordination, in accordance with the science, the law of development and strategic planning and media, at the same time promoting the overall development and social progress.
