摘要:

The technical energy and economic benefits contained in ship intelligence will drive the maritime industry to continue to develop in this direction. In this process, intelligent ship activities will pose challenges to existing maritime law, and existing maritime law will also affect the development scale of ship intelligence. In the interaction between the two, maritime law should not only conform to the laws of science and technology, but also maintain due restraint and caution. A relatively stable and clear allocation mechanism of rights and liabilities is the key to maintaining maritime legal order. Ship intelligence will bring complex technical risks and maritime disputes, and require corresponding risk distribution liability mechanisms. It is the most important way for maritime law to respond to ship intelligence by clarifying the rights and obligations of different subjects of intelligent ships and determining the relevant liabilities.
