摘要：

数字技术的迅猛发展在给农村老年群体带来便利的同时，也无形催生出由数字脱节带来的“数字弱势群体”社会融入问题。从人口老龄化村庄现实处境来看，“数字弱势群体”面临着个体数字接受能力较差、家庭数字再生产动力匮乏、社会兼容力度有限等方面的融入困境。因此，要从农村老年群体数字意愿出发，贴合群体现实需求；搭建文化“数字戏台”，调动老年群体学习主动性；结合积分制物质奖励，实现代际“数字反哺”；举办村级“数字评比”，形成协同治理新格局。通过多措并举,支持农村老年群体积极主动融入数字化生活，共享数字社会发展成果。

  • The rapid development of digital technology not only brings convenience to the elderly in rural areas, but also invisibly brings about the social integration problem of "digital vulnerable groups" caused by digital disconnection. From the perspective of the actual situation of aging villages, "digital vulnerable groups" are faced with the integration dilemma of poor individual digital acceptance ability, lack of family digital reproduction power, limited social compatibility and other aspects. Therefore, it is necessary to start from the digital willingness of the elderly group in rural areas, meet the needs of the group's actual situation; construct of cultural "digital stage", so as to mobilize the learning initiative of the elderly; combine with points system of material rewards, so as to realize the intergenerational "digital feeding"; hold village level "digital evaluation", and form a new pattern of coordinated governance. Various measures will be taken to support the elderly group in rural areas to actively integrate into digital life and share the fruits of the development of digital society.
