摘要：

通过归纳农村金融资源配置困境的表现、农村金融资源配置所涉各方主体的属性，以及各方主体间的关系，试图探寻农村金融资源配置困境的根源和出路。研究表明，农村金融资源配置呈现出“需求-供给”结构性失衡状态，命令控制型模式在应对农村金融资源配置困境中存在刚性约束，政府应在适度干预下，通过培育新型农村金融中介机构，形成多元主体合作型农村金融资源配置模式。

  • This paper tries to explore the root cause of the dilemma in the allocation of rural financial resources by summarizing the manifestation of the dilemma of allocation, the attributes of the parties involved, and the party relationships. It is found that the allocation of rural financial resources presents a ″demand-supply″ structural imbalance, and the command-and-control model has rigid constraints on the allocation. The government should form a multi-subject cooperative rural financial resource allocation model by cultivating a new type of rural financial intermediary with moderate intervention.
