摘要：

国家安全教育政策是推进国家安全教育的重要制度力量。本文以高校国家安全教育政策效果为切入点，建构高校国家安全教育政策效果的评价体系，测量高校学生对国家安全教育政策效果的认知与评价。研究发现：高校学生普遍认为C市高校实施国家安全教育政策效果较好；政策执行中，在国家安全常识教育、国家安全宣传建设以及国家安全课程建设等方面存在着问题，影响国家安全教育政策效果的彰显。需要增强高校学生政策学习行为、改善国家安全教育政策环境、加强国家安全教育政策资源建设，以进一步提升国家安全教育政策效果。

  • National safety education policy is an important institutional force to promote national safety education.This paper takes the effect of national safety education policy of colleges and universities as the starting point, and takes colleges and universities in C city as the observation object, constructs the evaluation system of the effect of national safety education policy, and measures the cognition and evaluation of college students on the effect of national safety education policy.The study found that university students generally believed that the implementation of the national safety education policy in C city's universities was effective; However, there are some problems in the implementation of the policy, such as the education of national security common sense, the construction of national security publicity and the construction of national security curriculum in colleges and universities, which affect the manifestation of the effect of the national security education policy.It is necessary to strengthen the policy learning behavior of college students, improve the national security education policy environment, and strengthen the construction of national security education policy resources to further improve the effectiveness of national security education policy.
