治国之要，首在用人。干部队伍是中国特色社会主义事业的中坚力量。从价值意蕴来看，新时代干部队伍管育机制建设是全面从严治党的根本要求，是净化党内政治生态的逻辑必然，也是加快提升干部队伍素养的根本保障。探索新时代干部队伍管育机制建设的实践路径需要进一步找准政治方向、完善内容要素、体现时代需求，着力从开展政治体检、完善管育机制体系、加强监督体制机制等方面入手，不断推动新时代干部队伍管育工作的高质量发展。

  • The key to governing a country is to employ people first. The cadre team is the backbone of the cause of Socialism with Chinese characteristics. From the perspective of value implications, the construction of a management and education mechanism for the cadre team in the new era is a fundamental requirement for comprehensive and strict governance of the Party, a logical necessity for purifying the political ecology within the Party, and a fundamental guarantee for accelerating the improvement of the comprehensive quality of the cadre team. Exploring the practical path of building a management and education mechanism for cadres in the new era requires further identifying political direction, improving content elements, and reflecting the needs of the times. Efforts should be made to carry out political examinations, improve the management and education mechanism system, and strengthen supervision system and mechanisms, in order to continuously promote the high-quality development of management and education work for cadres in the new era.
