党的二十大报告和习近平总书记《谱写新时代中国宪法实践新篇章——纪念现行宪法公布施行40周年》文章为社会主义法治建设和中国宪法实施提供了新的精神指引，为新征程中的宪法宣传教育指明了新的工作方向。宪法宣传教育是法治建设的一项基础性工作，是宪法实施的具体方式，有利于宪法意识、宪法精神的养成，直接关系到全面依法治国的具体成效。基于当代中国宪法理论、宪法制度和宪法实践，学习贯彻党的二十大精神和习近平总书记署名文章精神，把握和加强新征程中宪法宣传教育的政治性、人文性和融贯性，是实现宪法宣传教育理念更新、方式优化、成效提升的有力抓手。

  • The 20th National Congress Report of the CPC and General Secretary Xi Jinping's article “Charting a New Chapter in the Practice of the Chinese Constitution in the New Era—Commemorating the 40th Anniversary of the Promulgation and Implementation of the Current Constitution” provide new spiritual guidance for socialist rule of law construction and the implementation of the Chinese Constitution,indicating a new direction for constitutional propaganda and education in the new journey. Constitutional propaganda and education are fundamental work for the rule of law construction and a specific way to implement the Constitution. It is conducive to cultivating constitutional consciousness and the spirit of the Constitution and directly relates to the concrete achievements of comprehensively governing the country according to law. Based on contemporary Chinese constitutional theory,constitutional system,and constitutional practice,studying and implementing the guiding principles of the 20th National Congress and General Secretary Xi Jinping's article,it is important to grasp and strength the political nature,humanistic quality,and comprehensiveness of constitutional propaganda and education in the new journey,which serve as a powerful means to renew the concept,optimize the methods,and enhance the effectiveness of constitutional propaganda and education..
