鉴定实践中发现,部分回墨印章经长期使用,其印面有远超其他普通印章印面变化阈值的异常膨胀现象。本文通过对两起回墨印章印面异常膨胀案例的检验,结合回墨印章的构造和成印原理,分析了引起异常膨胀的原因可能是闲置待用印章的印面与印台处于扣合状态时,其内置弹簧施加给印面与印台之间缓慢持续的压力造成的,希冀能给相关案件的检验鉴定提供参考借鉴。

  • In the practice of appraisal, it is found that some self-inking seals will have abnormal expansion after longterm use, which far exceeds the threshold of other common seals. This paper reports two cases of abnormal expansion of the printing surface of the ink-returning seal. It analyzes the causes of abnormal expansion in combination with a self-inking seal's structure and printing principle. It may be that when the printing surface of an idle seal is locked with the printing pad,its built-in spring is squeezed by space and continuously releases a certain amount of elastic force so that there is always a slow and stable pressure between the printing surface and the printing pad, which eventually leads to the gradual expansion and enlargement of the rubber printing surface. Such results obtained above can provide a reference for the inspection and identification of related cases.
