西南政法大学坚持守正创新、突出特色发展,化区位劣势为区位优势,走出了一条涉外法治人才特色化培养的“非常道”。该“非常道”的基本模式是四轮驱动、进出对流。尽管效果渐彰,但当前培养模式仍存四点问题,这就是涉外法治人才培养的痛点、堵点、难点与痒点问题。将一流素质的学生导向涉外法治培养轨道,是涉外法治人才培养必须解决的痛点问题;促进法律与外语、国别法与国内法、中国法与外国法的融贯,是涉外法治人培养必须解决的堵点问题;促进理实相通、知行合一,是涉外法治人才培养必须解决的难点问题;造就拔尖、卓越人才,是涉外法治人培养必须解决的痒点问题。破解涉外法治人才培养当前困境的未来措施是六措并举,统筹深度培养、专门培养、共同培养、实战培养、国别培养以及精英培养六条路径,形成体系化的人才冶铸方案。

  • Southwest University of Political Science and Law insists on maintaining integrity and innovation,highlighting characteristic development,turning location disadvantages into location advantages,and embarking on an "extraordinary way" for the cultivation of foreign-related rule-of-law talents.The basic mode of this "extraordinary way" is like the "four-wheel drive" and "convection input and output".Although the effect is gradually foregrounding,there are still four problems in the current training model.These are the pain point,blocking point,difficult point and dilemma point in the cultivation of foreign-related rule-of-law talents.Leading first-rate students to the track of foreign-related rule of law is the pain point that must be resolved in the cultivation of foreign-related rule-of-law talents;promoting the integration of law and foreign languages,national laws and domestic laws,and Chinese laws and foreign laws is the blocking point that must be resolved;unifying knowing and doing is the difficult point that must be solved in the cultivation of foreign-related rule-of-law talents;creating top-notch and outstanding talent is the dilemma point in the cultivation of foreign-related rule-of-law talent.The future measure to solve the current issues of foreign-related rule-of-law talent cultivation is to take the six measures at the same time:coordinating advanced cultivation,specialized cultivation,joint cultivation,practical cultivation,cultivation based on country studies,and elite cultivation to form a systematic talent cultivation plan.
