随着新媒体传播平台的迅速发展，我们应重视探讨人类命运共同体理念对提升涉藏对外传播话语权的积极效应。目前我国涉藏对外传播的议题转向面临着不少现实阻力，主要包括关乎政治利益的意识形态斗争、推进经济社会发展的民生改善、涉及宗教信仰的现代转型趋向和影响生活习俗的思想观念变革等。为提升涉藏对外传播效果，我们应主动从国家长远发展的战略布局推进涉藏对外传播，全面加强与周边国家开展人文交流，重视发挥西藏人民在涉藏对外传播中的主体作用，主动邀请周边国家的宗教人士赴华参访等。

  • With the rapid development of new media platform,it is important to take the concept of community with a shared future for mankind into consideration as it has positive effect on promoting the discourse power of Tibet-related external communication. Chinese Tibet-related communication faces obstacles when engaging with some specific topics. These topics include ideology struggles related to political interests,the economic and social development to improve people's livelihood,the transformation trend of contemporary religious believes and the changes and reform on living customs etc. In order to enhance the effect of Tibet-related external communication,all strategies and actions should be carried out base on the strategic layout of the national long-term development,increasing the cultural exchanges with neighbor countries,valuing Tibetan people's main role in Tibet-related external communication and inviting religious leaders of neighboring countries.
