人工智能、大数据、区块链等新兴技术成果改变了传统强制执行工作的方式,推进了执行信息化进程,提高了执行质量和效率。与此同时,人工智能在强制执行领域存在信息未完全实现开放共享、网络查控平台尚有缺陷、联合失信惩戒机制有待完善、人工智能的界限不明等问题。未来,人工智能应朝着融合、智能、集约与协同的方向发展,助力实现强制执行工作网络化、智能化、信息化。

  • Emerging technological achievements such as artificial intelligence,big data,and blockchain have changed the traditional enforcement work methods,promoted the process of implementation informatization,and improved the quality and efficiency of implementation.At the same time,artificial intelligence in the field of enforcement has problems such as incomplete opensharing of information,defects in the network inspection and control platform,joint untrustworthy punishment mechanisms to be improved,and unclear boundaries of artificial intelligence.In the future,artificial intelligence should develop in the direction of integration,intelligence,intensive and collaboration,and help realize the networked,intelligent,and informational enforcement work.
