“数据警察”人才培养模式下侦查学专业教学改革与实践研究

摘要：

在大数据信息环境下,新型互联网犯罪呈现"井喷式"爆发,公安机关办理涉网刑事案件的程序、方法和措施已经发生重大变化。通过教学课程改革让侦查学专业本科生了解常见高发涉网案件类型、特点及其对应的技战法,利用实战化训练深化其对于不规则数据的理解、强化其数字化侦查思维,提升学生的实际公安业务能力水平和实战素质,培养既有深厚法学和网络安全技术理论基础、又具有大数据分析运用实际能力的复合型专业人才,建立"数据警察"队伍以应对复杂高发的新型互联网犯罪的实际需要。

  • In the atmosphere of big data information, new types of cybercrimestend to outbreak, so the criminal procedures, methods and measures by public security organs when handling network-related caseshave significantly changed. The teaching and curriculum reform can educate undergraduates of the investigation major about crime types and features of internet incidents frequently happened, and the corresponding tactical measures. The practice teaching can impress students' understanding of irregular data and the thinking of digitalinvestigation. All above efforts will enhance the police competence and practical quality, which aims to cultivate the compound talents with both profound theoretical basis of law and network securitytechnology, and practical ability of big data analysis and application, meeting the actual requirement against the complex and newly-typed cybercrimes by building"data police"forces.
