摘要：

铸牢中华民族共同体意识,加强各民族交往交流交融,促进各民族共同团结奋斗、共同繁荣发展,是实现中华民族伟大复兴的重要战略。新中国成立前,中国共产党提出和实践了民族平等思想,主张实现中华民族完全独立,建立革命统一战线,开展民族工作的调查研究,尊重少数民族风俗习惯和宗教信仰,探索民族区域自治,将培养选拔少数民族干部作为管长远、管根本的大事。新中国成立后,党和政府开展民族识别工作,大力发展民族地区经济,加强民族法制保障建设,定期召开中央民族工作会议,表彰民族团结进步事业先进个人和集体。新时代深化中华民族共同体建设的几个着力点是:加强历史观、民族观、国家观教育;弘扬中华文化,建设各民族共有精神家园;推进五个认同教育;深化民族团结进步教育;等等。

  • It is an important strategy of achieving national rejuvenation to create a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation and encourage more exchanges and interactions among different ethnic groups and promote the common struggle,prosperity and development of all ethnic groups. Before the founding of the People's Republic of China,the Communist Party of China put forw ard and practiced the concept of ethnic equality,claimed to achieve complete independence of the Chinese nation,established revolutionary united front,carried out the national work of investigation and study,respected minorities' customs and religious beliefs,explored the regional autonomy,regarded the training and selecting of minority cadres as a long term and ultimate event. Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,the Communist Party of China and the government have carried out the work of ethnic identification,developed the economy of ethnic minority areas,and strengthened the construction of the ethnic legal system. They held regular national-level ethnic work conferences to commend advanced individuals and collectives in the cause of ethnic unity and progress. In the new era,the Community of the Chinese Nation should develop an accurate understanding of history,ethnicity and country; inherit and expand traditional Chinese culture and build a common spiritual home for all ethnic groups; promote five-identities education; and deepen the public's aw areness of ethnic unity and progress.
