法学学科混合式教学模式的实践探索——以西南政法大学“中国宪法学”课程为例

摘要:

信息化社会的到来催生教育信息化。混合式教学法和翻转课堂模式是适应教育信息化改革的重要教学方法。通过在西南政法大学"中国宪法学"课程的混合式教学改革,创立了混合式教学"六步走"以及课堂教学的"四阶段法",实现了"线上"和"线下"的有效结合以及课前、课中、课后的无缝衔接,促进了各项教学指标的提升,尤其有利于法学创新型人才的培养。目前法学学科混合式教学模式还存在与现有教学体系不匹配、不适应等诸多问题,有待改革的进一步推进。

  • The advent of the information society has given birth to educational informationization.Blended teaching method and flipped classroom mode are important teaching methods to adapt to the reform of educational informationization.Through the blended teaching reform of C hinese C onstitution Science in Southwest U niversity of Political Science and Law,the "six-step approach" of blended teaching and the "four-stage method" of classroom teaching have been established.This teaching mode has realized the effective combination of "online" and "offline teaching" and the seamless connection of teaching before,during and after class as well as promoted the improvement of various teaching indicators,especially for the cultivation of innovative talents in law.Such problems as incompatibility and in adaptation between blended teaching of law discipline and current teaching system are needed to figure out through reforms.
