法学高等教育应该树立"以学生为中心""学以致用""有利于发现和培养高端法学人才"等教育理念和目标,解决传统教育存在的知识运用能力弱、难以实行分层教育的问题。在课堂上主要以问题为导向,采取小组完成任务的方式层层推进,贯彻课堂教学"六步法":课堂导入、知识回顾、重点讲解、知识运用、课堂训练、知识拓展。同时注重教学技巧和方法,借助现代化信息设备,综合运用启发式、讨论式、案例式、情景模拟式等多元化教学方法,无痕融入课程思政内容,发挥教师在肢体、语言、行为、表情等各方面的优势和魅力,营造生动、活泼、有激情并富有人情味的特色课堂。

  • Higher education of law should set up such concepts and goals as"studentcentered", "learning for application"and"helping to identify and train excellent Legal Talents",to address the problems in traditional education such as students' incompetence to apply knowledge and difficulties in carrying out hierarchical education.In the classroom,teachers should take the problem-oriented approach,encourage group work to complete the task,and carry out the"six steps"in teaching:introduction,knowledge review,key explanation,knowledge application,on-class training,and knowledge expansion.At the same time,attention should be paid to teaching skills and methods,and with the help of modern information equipment,diversified teaching methods such as heuristic teaching,discussion,case-based teaching and situational simulation are used to integrate the ideological and political content of the course.Furthermore,teachers should also leverage their advantages in acts,language,behavior,expressions and more to create a vibrant and dynamic classroom with educational humaneness.
