在资源约束条件下,创业网络作为"知识源"基础是创业企业进行创业学习的适宜选择。现有研究大多拘泥于探讨创业网络的结构对创业学习的直接影响,然而聚焦变量间直接因果关系的实证检验未能揭示创业网络结构如何诱发创业学习的动态过程。本文基于资源依赖理论的非对称依赖和联合依赖视角,构建"创业网络结构—资源—创业学习"的过程机制。利用探索性单案例研究发现:随着创业企业的发展,创业网络呈现出由封闭、内聚的网络,向桥梁、生态式网络演化的过程,这一过程中网络主体间依赖结构的变化,影响着创业企业在实验式学习与获得式学习方式中的动态转变。

  • Under the condition of resource constraints, the entrepreneurial network, which plays as "knowledge source", is a suitable choice for entrepreneurial enterprises to conduct entrepreneurial learning. Existing studies mostly focus on exploring the direct influence of entrepreneurial network structure on entrepreneurial learning, but empirical tests focusing on direct causality among variables have failed to reveal how entrepreneurial network structure induces the dynamic process of entrepreneurial learning. Based on the perspective of dependence asymmetric and joint dependence of resource dependence theory, this paper constructs the process mechanism of "entrepreneurial network-resources-entrepreneurial learning". Based on an exploratory single case study, it is found that with the development of entrepreneurial enterprises, entrepreneurial networks have evolved from a closed and cohesive network to a bridged and ecological network. In this process, changes in the structure of dependence between network entities affect the dynamic transformation of entrepreneurial enterprises in experimental learning and acquisitive learning methods.
