线上农产品供应链金融银行对B2B平台的激励契约研究

线上农产品供应链金融作为破解农业型中小企业融资困境的新型融资路径近年来悄然兴起,银行与B2B平台合作成为主推模式。针对B2B平台道德风险问题,本文应用委托代理理论,从委托授信与联合授信两方面进行探讨,分别构建模型并给出B2B平台最佳努力水平及银行最佳收益分配比例。通过研究得出银行降低收益分配份额有助于B2B平台努力水平的提高;信贷资金被保障程度越强,银行努力水平越低,收益分配比例越高;联合授信情况下,B2B平台工作效率及有效性比值较高时,银行最佳收益分配比例高于委托授信情况下最佳收益比例,且当B2B平台工作效率及有效性比值趋于无穷大时,两种情况下银行最佳收益分配比例相等;与一般线上供应链金融相比,线上农产品供应链金融业务中银行会设定较低的收益分配比率及较高的努力水平等结论。基于研究结论,银行应努力促使保险公司、政府及核心企业联合参与并构建信贷资金保障体系以提高自身收益份额及降低自身努力水平;此外银行应设法促使B2B平台加强大数据技术应用强度等以提高其工作效率及有效性。

  • Small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises( SMEs) have difficulties in financing due to the slow deterioration,seasonality and periodicity of their agricultural products. This has become one of the major obstacles in the process of their healthy development,indirectly affecting the smooth realization of the strategy of Rural Revitalization. Therefore,it is urgent and necessary to explore a new financing mode. The emergence of the supply chain financial financing mode of agricultural products has opened up an effective path for them,which alleviates the financing difficulties of SMEs,but the offline financing mode is restricted by factors such as geographical,time and industry,which has affected the operation of business efficiency. With the highly integration of"Internet +"and traditional business,the online agricultural supply chain has been in a favorable position,which has effectively improved the efficiency of business operation,broadened the scope of financing,and helped SMEs with healthy and standardized development.With the in-depth development of the business,many operation modes have been derived,among which the cooperation between banks and B2B platforms have become the main mode. Banks are good at risk prevention,and they have stable customers and strong capital strength. B2B platform is better in data collection,analysis and network technology,so bilateral cooperation is more conducive to business operation. In the process of cooperation between the two sides,due to information asymmetry,B2B platforms have the tendency to maximize their own interests when reviewing the financing enterprises and damage the banks' interests,which brings the cooperation between the two sides face great challenges. In view of the moral hazard of the B2B platforms' in the business,applying for principal agent theory,this paper styolys the question under entrusted credit mode and joint credit mode. The models are constructed and obtain the optimal effort level of B2B platforms and the optimal proportion of income distribution.There are some interesting findings from the study:( 1) The reduction of the bank's share of income distribution is helpful to the improvement of the B2B platform's efforts;( 2) The stronger the credit funds are guaranteed,the lower the bank's efforts are,the higher the income distribution proportion is;( 3) In the case of joint credit,when the ratio of working efficiency and effectiveness of B2B platform is high,the optimal income distribution proportion of banks is higher than that of entrusted credit,and when the ratio of working efficiency and effectiveness of B2B platform tends to infinity,the optimal income distribution proportion of banks is equal in both cases;( 4) Compared to the general on-line supply chain finance,banks will set lower income distribution proportion and higher effort level in the on-line agricultural products supply chain finance business.Based on the conclusion of the research,banks should make efforts to promote the joint participation of insurance companies,government and core enterprises in the construction of a multi level credit guarantee system; in addition,banks should give some help in the process of B2B platform review,and try to strengthen the application intensity of large data technology to improve their efficiency and effectiveness.
