  • To implement XI Jinping 's thought of the rule of law and further promote comprehensive judicial justice,the country shall adhere to systematic thinking and comprehensive thinking. That is to say,grasping the Party spirit,national character and direction of the fair justice in deeply,adhering to the unification of feelings,ideas and laws,trying to make the people to feel the fairness and justice in each judicial cases should think the XI Jingping's thought on the rule of law and the system of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics as a whole.
