当前国际局势"东升西降"的历史大势日趋明显,但"西强我弱"的局面尚未得到根本扭转,随着差距缩小,美国对我国打压遏制不断加剧。美国用尽各种办法对我国实施意识形态攻击,中美意识形态交锋常态化,主要聚焦于人权问题、文化和制度输出、国际体系与全球化问题等领域。究其本质,中美意识形态交锋是两大阶级、两种制度之间的斗争,具有长期性、复杂性、艰巨性以及动态调整性。着眼战略竞争时代中美关系大局,掌握中美意识形态之争的主动权,才能有效防范化解我国意识形态领域风险,进而为国家安全提供根本保障。为此要坚持思想引领,抓牢意识形态斗争的领导权;强化阵地意识,善用意识形态斗争的管理权;把握舆论走向,提升意识形态斗争的话语权。

  • The historical trend of the current international situation of "rising in the east and falling in the west" is becoming more and more obvious, but the situation of "the West is strong and the other is weak" has not been fundamentally reversed. The United States has exhausted various methods to carry out ideological attacks on China, China-US ideologies havefallen intoa situation of confrontation. The China-US ideological confrontation mainly focuses on human rights issues, cultural and institutional output, international systemsand globalization issues.We must fully realize that the ideological struggle between China and the United States is a struggle between two major classes and two systems, which is long-term, complex, arduous and dynamic. Only by focusing on the overall situation of China-US relations in the era of strategic competition and grasping the initiative in the China-US ideological dispute can it effectively prevent its aggravation and even loss of control, and provide a fundamental guarantee for national security. To this end, we must adhere to ideological guidance and grasp the leadership power of ideological struggles, strengthen the sense of position and grasp the management power of ideological struggles, grasp the trend of public opinion and enhance the discourse power in ideological struggles.
