习近平法治思想从历史和现实相贯通、国际和国内相关联、理论和实际相结合上,深刻回答了新时代为什么实行全面依法治国、怎样实行全面依法治国等一系列重大问题,内涵丰富、论述深刻、逻辑严密、体系完备,是顺应实现中华民族伟大复兴时代要求应运而生的重大理论创新成果。这一重要思想是马克思主义法治理论中国化最新成果,是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,是全面依法治国的根本遵循和行动指南,是新发展阶段的法治航标,在全面依法治国进程中具有里程碑意义。习近平总书记在讲话中强调的"十一个坚持",精辟概括和系统阐述了新时代全面依法治国的战略思想和工作部署,构成了习近平法治思想的主要内涵。我们要在坚持党对全面依法治国的领导;坚持以人民为中心;坚持中国特色社会主义法治道路;坚持依宪治国、依宪执政;坚持在法治轨道上推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化;坚持建设中国特色社会主义法治体系;坚持依法治国、依法执政、依法行政,共同推进法治国家、法治政府、法治社会一体建设;坚持全面推进科学立法、严格执法、公正司法、全民守法;坚持建设德才兼备的高素质法制工作队伍;坚持抓住领导干部这个"关键少数"上吃透基本精神,把握核心要义,明确工作要求。

  • Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law,from the perspective of history and reality,international and domestic relations,and theory and practice,profoundly answers what a series of important issues are facing us in the new era,such as comprehensively administering the country according to law,and how to implement a comprehensive rule of law,which is a great achievement of theoretical innovation with rich connotation,in-depth argument,strict logical reasoning and comprehensive system in the process of achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. It is the latest fruit of localizing Marx's theory of rule of law in China. It is an important part of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. It is a fundamental guideline for the overall rule of law and a guide for rule of law in the new stage of development,which is a milestone in the process of comprehensively administering the country according to law. In his speech,General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized the"eleven upholding ",and elaborated and expounded systematically the strategic thought and work arrangement of comprehensively ruling the country according to law in the new era,which constituted the main connotation of Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law. We should adhere to the CPC's leadership in the comprehensive rule of law; adhere to the people-centered; adhere to the socialist road of rule of law with Chinese characteristics; adhere to the rule of law and rule by constitution; adhere to the track of the rule of law to promote the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity; adhere to the construction of the socialist system of rule of law with Chinese characteristics; adhere to the rule of law,rule by law,administration according to law,and jointly promote the development of the country to build a country under the rule of law,a government under the rule of law,and a society under the rule of law; to comprehensively promote scientific legislation,strict law enforcement,fair justice,and law-abiding by the whole people; to build a high-quality legal team with both political integrity and ability; to grasp the basic spirit of leading cadres,the "key minority",to grasp the core meaning,and to clarify the work requirements.
