习近平法治思想内涵丰富、论述深刻、逻辑严密、系统完备,其中贯穿始终的一条基本线索就是坚持人民主体地位,始终把以人民为中心的发展思想融入到全面依法治国的伟大实践中,作为谋划法治中国建设的世界观和方法论。以人民为中心既是马克思主义使命型政党的本质属性,也是马克思主义法治思想的根本立场。人民是历史的创造者,也是全面依法治国的根本力量,坚持人民主体地位是全面依法治国的出发点和落脚点。维护社会公平正义是立法、执法和司法工作的生命线,是以人民为中心的法治思想的价值追求。

  • Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law are rich in connotation, profound in elaboration, rigorous in logic, and complete in system. One of the basic clues that runs through is to take a people-centered approach, and always integrate the people-centered philosophy of development into the great practice of law-based governance in all fields, as a worldview and methodology for planning the construction of the rule of law in China. A people-centered approach is not only the essential attribute of Marxist mission-oriented parties, but also the fundamental position of Marxist thought on the rule of law. The people are the creators of history and the fundamental force for comprehensively governing the country according to law. Adhering to the principal status of the people is the starting point and goal of comprehensively governing the country according to law. Maintaining social fairness and justice is the lifeline of legislation, law enforcement, and judicial work, and is the value pursuit of people-centered thought on the rule of law. The people's congress system is the fundamental political system that guarantees the people are the masters of the country, the institutional support for the realization of the people-centered thought on the rule of law, and the fundamental political system arrangement that adheres to the Party's leadership, the people's position as masters of the country, and law-based governance.
