文旅融合是我国文旅产业发展的趋势,攀枝花因三线建设留下了丰富的文化和旅游资源。文旅融合发展的社会效益和经济效益明显,资源型城市的转型需要文旅融合形成发展的新优势。三线文化和康养旅游的融合发展需要从以下几方面努力:一是打造文旅融合的品牌产品,促进产业融合;二是协同推进公共文化服务和旅游公共服务,促使服务融合;三是加强文化和旅游在宣传营销方面的融合;四是为文化与旅游融合营造良好环境。

  • The integration of culture and tourism is a growing trend in China's cultural and tourism industry. Panzhihua, as a typical resource-based city, isrichin both cultural and tourism resources.The transformation of resource-based cities needs the advantage of integration in which social and economic benefits are obvious. The integration and development of third-tiercities' culture and health care tourism require efforts in four aspects: first, to create brand products with cultural and tourism connotations so as to promote industrial integration;second, to advancepublic cultural services as well as tourism public services so as to promote service integration; third, to strengthenthe integration of culture and tourism in the aspect of publicity and marketing; finally, to create a pleasant environment for the integration of culture and tourism.
