摘要：

面对自贸区内商事环境变革,自贸区仲裁机制亟待完善与发展。以重庆自贸区仲裁为例,在机构与制度已基本建立的情形下,针对自贸区仲裁影响力较小、制度规范完善程度不高等问题,应吸收借鉴国内外各仲裁机构的实践经验,完善临时仲裁制度等一系列仲裁机制,提高立法效率,提升影响力,为自贸区民商事纠纷解决提供多元化制度保障。

  • Facing the new business model, the arbitration mechanism of Chongqing Free Trade Zone needs to be improved and developed. Taking the arbitration in Chongqing Free Trade Zone as an example,under the condition that the institutions and systems have been basically established and in view of the small influence of arbitration in the free trade zone and the low degree of perfection of the system norms, we should learn from the practical experience of various arbitration institutions at home and abroad, perfect a series of arbitration mechanisms, improve the legislative efficiency and enhance the influence so as to provide the institutional guarantee for civil and commercial dispute solution in the free trade zone.
