经过一段时间努力,我国国际法研究生教育人才培养体系取得了一些成就,但从整体上讲,涉外人才培养数量和质量仍然无法适应我国正逐步走向世界舞台中心的总体需求。为进一步满足我国高素质涉外法律人才的缺口,快速推动我国新时代涉外法律人才建设进程,本文拟在梳理现有成果和分析现有不足的基础上,深入探讨新时代下国际法研究生培养的新思路,以求在今后为我国加速培养高素质涉外法律人才建言献策。

  • After a period of efforts, China's international law graduate education talent training system has made some achievements, but on the whole, the quantity and quality of foreign-related talent training still cannot meet the overall demand that China is gradually moving to the center of the world stage. In order to further satisfy the high quality of foreign-related legal talent gap in our country, quickly push process of our new era of international legal talents construction, this article in combing the existing results and on the basis of analyzing the existing shortage, explore new train of thought of graduate education, international law under the new era, in order to cultivate high-quality foreign-related legal talent in the future for our country to accelerate to make recommendations.
