目的:本研究旨在分析重庆市社区全科医生岗位胜任力现状及其影响因素,为社区全科医生岗位胜任力和综合素质提升提供参考依据。方法:以重庆3个区域12个样本区县的408名全科医生为研究对象,基于文献分析和专家咨询自制调查问卷进行现场调查,采用卡方检验、t检验以及方差检验分析胜任力情况,并采用逐步回归分析法探索胜任力影响因素。结果:3个区域的社区全科医生在年龄、专业分布上存在显著性差异(P<0.05);区域的社区全科医生胜任力得分在11项评价维度的7项中存在显著性差异;样本社区全科医生胜任力得分在不同区域、年龄、工作年限、职称和专业中存在显著性差异(P<0.05);样本社区全科医生胜任力受社会经济发展水平、工作年限、职称以及全科医学专业的影响(P<0.01)。结论:重庆社区全科医生胜任力仍有进一步提升的空间,需要进一步加强欠发达区域的全科医生规范化培训,针对胜任力不同评价维度针对性培训提升。

  • Objective: To explore the competencies of community general practitioners(GPs) in Chongqing, and determine the influencing factors of the competencies. To provide reference basis for community general practitioners' post competence and comprehensive quality improvement. Methods:A total of 408 GPs from 12 sample counties of 3 regions were selected as the research objects. Based on literature analysis and expert consultation, this research developed questionnaires and conduct field surveys. Chi-square test, t test, and variance test were used to analyze competency, and regression analysis was used to analyze influencing factors. Results:There were significant differences in age and specialty in the sample GPs in the 3 regions(P<0.05). There were significant differences in the competency scores in 7 of the 11 evaluation dimensions. There were significant differences in the competency scores of the sample GPs in different regions, ages, working years, titles, and specialty(P<0.05). Factors affecting the competency of the sample GPs including socio-economic development level, working years(P<0.001), titles(P<0.01), and general medicine specialty(P<0.01). Conclusion: There is still space for further improvement of the competency of GPs in the Chongqing. It is necessary to further strengthen the standardized training of GPs in less developed regions, improve targeted training for different evaluation dimensions of competency.
