商科类本科专业在我国高校广泛开设,但大多数学生就业中的实践和创新能力明显不足。文章以"知行合一"的教育理念,提出"厚知识,强实践"的总体要求,对商科类本科专业的培养目标、素质结构和课程体系进行了梳理,对商科类本科专业学生实践和创新能力培养进行了分析,针对教学模式、教学方法、课程改革提出了相关建议,有利于改善商科类本科专业学生实践和创新能力培养。

  • The business undergraduate specialtyis widely offered in colleges and universities in China, but most of the students' practical and innovative ability in employment is obviously insufficient. Based on the educational concept of "combination of knowledge and practice", this paper puts forward the general requirements of "rich knowledge, strong practice", traces the educational objectives, quality structure and curriculum system of business undergraduate specialty, analyzes the training of practical and innovative ability of business undergraduate majors, and puts forward relevant suggestions for teaching model,teaching method and curriculum reform, which is conducive to improving thetraining of practical and innovative ability of undergraduate students.
