我国公众关于传染病防治的素养长期处于较低水平,而传染病防治法等亦缺乏对公众健康教育的重视和细化规定。本文从最高检近期所发布的抗拒疫情防控措施犯罪典型案例,反思有关于传染病的公众健康教育的重要性,归纳关于传染病防控的公众健康教育方面有待解决的核心问题,提出完善细化传染病防治法、加强健康教育的建议。

The public health literacy of infectious disease prevention and control in China has been at a low level for a long time, and there is no detailed provisions and emphasis on it. This paper reflects the importance of public health education on infectious diseases through the typical cases of crimes against pandemic prevention and control measures recently issued by the Supreme Procuratorate, summarizes the core issues of public health education on infectious disease prevention and control, puts forward suggestions on the improvement of the law on prevention and treatment of infectious diseases and the strengthening of health education.
