摘要：

阐述智慧医疗背景下基于互联网、大数据和人工智能技术的心脑血管疾病医疗救治信息平台的建设思路、平台架构、平台功能以及技术挑战等,提出构建远程急救和移动急救信息化平台、互联网心脑血管疾病联合救治医疗服务平台、人工智能和大数据分析的心电监测与高危人群预警平台以及心脑血管疾病的综合指导教育平台4个子平台,形成完整的心脑血管疾病医疗救治信息平台,实现现代智能网络和信息技术在医疗救治领域中的创新应用,达到医疗救治资源的互联互通,提高医疗救治服务质量与资源利用效率。

  • This paper expounded the purpose, construction framework, functions and technical challenges of the medical treatment platform for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases based on intelligent medical background, and proposed the construction of information platforms for remote first-aid and mobile emergency services, the platform for joint medical treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, ECG monitoring and high-risk population early warning platform for intelligent and big data analysis and disease education platform to complete the platform construction. The overall platform can help to achieve the application of modern intelligent network and information technology in the field of medical treatment, integrate medical treatment resources and improve the quality of medical services and resource utilization efficiency.
