党的十八大以来,习近平总书记深刻把握新时代中国和世界发展大势,创造性地提出一系列外交新理念新思想新战略,在对外工作上实现了一系列重大理论和实践创新,形成了习近平外交思想。这一思想因应中国发展新的历史方位、世界百年未有之大变局、中国与世界关系历史性变化等时代条件,以"十个坚持"阐明了新时代中国特色大国外交的战略目标、基本原则、主要路径和根本保障等重大问题,展现出倡导持久和平、推动持续发展、促进平等合作和实现互利共赢等鲜明特性。作为习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,习近平外交思想深化了我党对新型大国外交的规律性认识,擘画了新时代中国特色大国外交的宏伟蓝图,为新时代中国对外工作的创新发展提供了根本遵循和行动指南,也必将为实现中华民族伟大复兴、推动构建人类命运共同体做出新的重要贡献。

  • After the 18 th National Congress of CPC, Xi Jinping, the General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee,has fully grasped the development trend of China and world in a new era,and creatively put forward a series of new diplomatic concepts, ideas and strategies,which promote a series of important theoretical and practical innovations in foreign affairs,forming Xi Jinping's diplomatic thought. These diplomatic thoughts respond to the times' condition such as a new historic juncture in China's development,profound changes unseen in a century,and historic changes in China's relations with the world. The "ten ensurings " of Xi Jinping's diplomatic thought clarify those major issues of major country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics in a new era such as strategic objectives,basic principles,main paths and fundamental guarantees,and have distinct characteristics,namely advocating lasting peace,promoting sustainable development, pushing equal cooperation and achieving mutual benefit and win-win results. As an important part of Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era,Xi Jinping's diplomatic thought has deepened the CPC's understanding in the law of a new great power diplomacy, and has outlined the future development of major country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics in a new era,and has provided the fundamental rules and a guide to action,and it will be certain to contribute significantly to realize the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and build a community with a shared future for mankind.
