The economic sovereignty as an important reflection in the field of economy of the state sovereignty is proposed by the developing countries in the process of struggling for national independence.Yet,the principle of economic sovereignty is really established in the international community under a series of resolution stipulated by the United Nations in the 1970's.The connotation of economic sovereignty involves two levels of both narrow sense and broad sense.
