书写人的精神状态会体现其在书写语言和书写笔迹两方面。故通过笔迹特征判断其精神状态;书写笔迹特征表现为书面语言特征、单字结构特征、标点符号特征、文字布局特征四方面。分析书写笔迹特征,可为书写人精神状态的判定提供有益参考。文检人员应在笔迹鉴定中当综合各方面信息全面分析,以实现供检笔迹是否为精神病人所写和精神病字迹书写人的认定。

  • The writer's mental state will be embodied in two aspects: writing language and handwriting.Therefore, the mental state can be judged by the handwriting features. The handwriting features are written language features, single word structure features, punctuation features and text layout features. And the analysis on mental patients' handwriting features can provide a useful reference for the determination of their mental state. In handwriting identification, the examiners should make a comprehensive analysis of all aspects of the information in order to determine whether the handwriting is written by the mental patient and recognize the mental illness writer.
