大学生健康素养是促进学生身心全面健康发展的重要基础。通过对比中美知名高校健康教育课程的建设情况,梳理国外健康素养教材情况,发现我国高校的健康教育尚有较大的提升空间,结合国际经验提出三方面建议,包括建设健康素养提升的行动指南,多方协同助力理论结合实践的教学,以及实现大学生健康维护的自我管理能力。

Health literacy is an important foundation for promoting both the physical and mental health among college students. This article compared the development of health education courses in well-known universities in China and the United States and investigated the health literacy teaching materials used abroad. It was found that there is still much room for improvement of health education among colleges and universities in our country. In combination with international experience, we made proposals in three aspects, including development of guidelines for health literacy improvement, joint pursuit of teaching methods of combining theory and practice, and efforts to raise the self-management ability of health maintenance in college students.
