摘要：

本文基于CGSS2015的数据,检验了家庭经济资本、社会资本和文化资本对农村居民教育性别差距的影响及作用机制。研究结果表明:家庭经济资本、社会资本和文化资本均是影响农村居民教育性别差距的重要因素,家庭文化资本的提高在提升农村居民平均受教育水平的同时,对教育性别差距的缩小有显著的作用,而家庭经济资本与社会资本的提高在提升农村居民平均受教育水平的同时,具有扩大农村居民教育性别差距的作用。提升家庭文化资本,尤其是母亲代表的家庭文化资本,可以有效降低农村居民性别间的教育差距。

  • Based on the data of CGSS2015,this paper examines the influence and mechanism of household economic capital,social capital and cultural capital on the gender gap in education of rural residents. The results show that: family economic capital,social capital and cultural capital are all important factors affecting the gender gap in education of rural residents. The improvement of family cultural capital not only improves the average level of education of rural residents,but also plays a significant role in narrowing the gender gap in education. The improvement of family economic capital and social capital not only improves the average education level of rural residents,but also enlarges the gender gap in education of rural residents. Promoting family cultural capital,especially the family cultural capital represented by mothers,can effectively reduce the gender gap in education among rural residents.
