文章通过对105家基层医疗卫生机构的400份招聘信息进行分析,发现对基层医生的需求有3个特征:一是对基本资历要求不高;二是注重诊疗水平、职业道德和沟通能力等基本素养;三是民营性质基层医疗卫生机构对基层医生需求量大。为此,基层医疗卫生机构须要提高基层医生综合素质,注重基层医生诊疗能力与职业道德,并引导医生投身民营性质基层医疗卫生机构。

  • Through the analysis of 400 recruitment information of 105 primary-level medical and health institutions, it's found that the demand for primary doctors has three characteristics: First, the basic qualification requirements are not high. Second, the diagnosis and treatment ability, professional ethics and communication skills and other basic qualities are paid attention to. Third, there is a great demand for grass-roots doctors in private primary medical and health institutions. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the comprehensive quality of the primary doctors, pay attention to the diagnosis and treatment ability and professional ethics of primary doctors, and guide the primary doctors to work in the private grassroots medical institutions.
