领导科学课程教学离不开对大量案例的灵活运用。为促进高校本科生系统掌握领导科学课程的核心内容,任课教师不能简单化处理相关案例,而是要结合核心知识要点进行深度剖析。在选定标准上,案例选取要有历史厚重感,尤其是主动发掘那些充满争议的历史人物更具有参考价值。在剖析方式上,案例分析注重多元化对比,包括强调古今对比、重视中外比较和凸显正反互衬。在吸收转化上,案例提炼彰显精神感召力,包括充分发挥学生的积极主动性,全面展示跨团队的经验分享和点评交流应形成思想的共鸣。

  • Leadership science curriculum teaching can not be separated from the flexible application of a large number of cases.In order to promote undergraduates to master the core content of the program,teachers can't just simply deal with related cases,but should make in-depth analysis of the core knowledge points.In the selection criteria,the case selection should have a sense of historical weight,especially the initiative to explore those controversial historical figures which have more reference value.In the way of analysis,the case analysis of the courses should pay attention to the diversity comparison,which includes the contrast between ancient and modern cultures,comparison between China and foreign countries.In terms of the absorption and transformation of knowledge,the case refinement of curriculum teaching should show the spiritual appeal,including giving full play to initiative of students,displaying cross-team experience and commenting a resonance of thought.
