摘要：

从政党治理现代化的角度探究执政党建设与巩固执政地位问题,有助于促进执政党的现代化变革,使之更好地发挥推进国家治理现代化的统领作用。但当前的政党治理研究整体上处于碎片化状态。这一问题可以通过创造性地确立政党功能、政党组织、政党体制和政党过程"四位一体"的分析框架,并以利益功能作为分析的逻辑起点。比较案例研究表明,不管处于何种政党体制,利益代表与整合问题都是执政党的建设并维护执政地位、取得良好执政绩效的关键前提。在新的历史条件下,中国共产党应该完整地把握政党治理的整体框架并厘清其逻辑起点,借此不断地增强治国理政的能力,更好地推进国家治理现代化。

dc.description.abstract
For the purpose of promoting the modernization of ruling parties, it is better to analyze the issues of building and keeping the governing status of ruling parties from the perspective of political party governance,and to make this governance more useful to play the leading role for the improving of state governance modernization. The current research of political party governance is still in a somewhat fragmented state, which could be improved establishing creatively a"four-in-one"analysis framework consists in political party function, political party organization, political party system and political party process, and can take the interest function as the logical starting point. A comparative study shows that whatever type the political party system is, the interest representation and integration will be the key premise for the ruling parties who intend to build and keep the governing status and to get good governance performance. In a new historical condition, CCP should grasp wholly the overall framework of political governance and clarify its logical starting point, and then continuously enhance the capability for running the country itself and promote the process of state governance modernization.
