Hegel's philosophy of jurisprudence is a milestone in Western legal history and the most successful achievement in modern philosophy of jurisprudence.In his opinion,the science of law is one branch of the science of philosophy,nation is the realization of the idea of ethics,and law is the dasein of freewill.The nature of Hegel's philosophy of jurisprudence lies in his advocacy of human free nature and his criticism about feudal dictatorial system,which justifies the bourgeois revolution and laws.
