聚焦于众创背景下的企业创新模式,研究中国企业集群创新的优势及其模型。以荣事达集团为案例研究对象,对中国企业集群创新的构建、创新实施过程、运行机制、模式特点、优势局限等方面进行了深入剖析。研究发现:企业集群创新引起了企业创新战略及其与内外部创新主体关系的相应调整,以项目制和合伙人制为纽带,通过衍生企业有助于提升企业的创新能力并推动企业的转型升级。

  • This research explores enterprise cluster innovation in China under the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation.Based on the case of Royalstar group,we decompose and analyze the construction,implementation process,characteristics,mechanism and(dis)advantages of enterprise cluster innovation.Results find that it causes innovation strategies and adaptation to both internal and external subject relationships.Enterprises can boost innovation ability and promote transformation and upgrading through project responsibility system and partnership.
