在市场经济条件下,创新是企业获取持续竞争优势,保证成长和提高绩效的根本动力。而对于国家倡导的战略性新兴产业,诸如新能源行业,市场需求尚未发育起来,政府补贴是企业创新的有力支撑。论文以沪深A股新能源上市公司2012—2016年的数据为样本,实证检验了在双元创新模式下政府补贴对企业创新投入的影响。研究发现:政府补贴对新能源上市公司创新投入具有激励作用;对新能源上市公司探索式创新投入和开发式创新投入都具有激励作用;相对于探索式创新投入,政府补贴对新能源上市公司开发式创新投入的激励作用更为明显。

  • In the environment of increasingly fierce market competition,innovation is the fundamental driving force for enterprises to gain sustainable competitive advantage,ensure growth and improve performance. For the strategic emerging industries advocated by the state,such as the new energy industry,market demand has not yet developed,and government subsidies are strong support for enterprise innovation. This paper takes the 2012—2016 data of Shanghai-Shenzhen A-shares new energy listed companies as a sample,and empirically examines the impact of government subsidies on corporate innovation investment under the dual innovation model. This study finds that: government subsidies have an incentive effect on innovation investment of new energy listed companies; they have incentive effects on exploration innovation investment and exploitation innovation investment of new energy listed companies; compared with exploration innovation investment,government subsidies have a more obvious incentive effect on the exploitation innovation investment of new energy listed companies.
