摘要:

随着我国经济的高速发展,社会正进入转型的关键时期。中国人民警察以其特殊的使命正在其中扮演着举足轻重的角色。他们常常处于社会矛盾中心,面对的是身、心的双重煎熬。在如此重压的职业环境下,作为同样也是普通人的警察职业者,如何面对和调解来自职业环境的各种压力,保持自身身心健康,成为警察队伍建设中越来越举足轻重的问题。因为这不仅关系到警察个体的身、心健康问题,还关系到警察职业效果问题,甚至关系到警察队伍建设问题。而往往在现实生活中,人们能够或者更多的关注点是在警察因公负伤等,在工作中身体上遭受的明显伤害上。对于警察因长期工作压力造成的身体上的疾病也是达到一定严重层度(有时甚至是死亡的层度),才会得到些许的关注,就更不要提警察的心理健康问题了。但是,往往警察在职业过程中的心理因素对于警察的职业效果会起到非常大的作用,同时也会影响到整个警察队伍的建设问题。因此不夸张的说,警察的心理健康问题可以影响到警察队伍的建设、社会的稳定、国家的经济发展,甚至举国的安危。近年来,尽管学界对警察心理健康问题有所研究,也取得了一定的研究成果,但在现实生活中的运用还远远不够。由于实际生活中警察的心理健康问题得不到足够的关注而导致的问题层出不穷,其中最为典型的就是——警察职业倦怠问题。而随着研究的深入可以发现,警察职业倦怠问题所反映的不仅是警察个体面对工作问题所产生的应激,它还从一个侧面反映了我国警察队伍在其组织、制度等方面的问题,甚至还反映了警察队伍在整个社会环境中所处现状。因此本文摒弃了以往从警察个体出发、运用心理学的研究方法,将警察职业倦怠作为一类人群的心理问题进行研究的方法。而是在过去研究的基础上,转而以警察职业环境为视角,通过讨论警察个体环境、警察组织环境、警察制度环境、社会环境对警察职业倦怠的影响,以期从一个侧面来看待我国警察队伍建设中在组织建设、制度建设等工作中应当重视的问题。本文在论述中主要从职业倦怠、警察职业倦怠等相关概念入手对警察职业倦怠的相关学说、影响因素等进行介绍。再在前面理论分析的基础上,引入警察职业环境的相关具象因素:警察个体环境因素、警察组织环境因素、警察体制环境因素等警察内部环境因素和社会环境因素等警察外部环境因素,站在警察职业环境的角度对警察职业倦怠与警察职业环境之间的动态关系予以分析。从而窥视我国警察队伍建设中,在组织建设、制度建设、与社会公众沟通等工作中存在的问题,并且站着“警察职业倦怠”的角度对此提出自己的建议,以期能为警察队伍建设提供一点借鉴意义和实用价值。

  • Along with the high development of Chinese economy ,the transformation of China is entering one critical period. As their special mission, Chinese police is playing an important role. They usually stand in the core of social contradictions, suffering from both body and mind. In such a professional environment which filled with pressure, police professionals, as also as traditional people, how to face such pressure and mediation from professional environment, keeping body and heart health become more and more important in the construction of police. Because it not only relates to individual body and mind health problems, but also relates to the police professional effects, even relates to the police team construction. But in real life, people often put their attention on policeman’s injured during the work, etc, in the work on the body suffered significant damage. For police, caused by long-term work pressure of the diseases of the body is also the level reached a certain serious level (sometimes even death),will get some attentions, not to mention the police's mental health problem. However, the police in the process of professional psychological factors for the police career effect will have very big effect as usual, it will affect the whole construction of police force. So literally, the police's mental health problems can affect the construction of police force, the stability of society, the country's economic development, and even the country's safety.In recent years, although there already has some researches for police's mental health problems, some of them also have obtained certain research results, but in the real life is not enough. Due to the real life of the police mental health problems can not get enough attention and cause of problems emerge in endlessly, one of the most typical is the problem ——the police job burnout. But with the deepening of the research can be found, is not only the police job burnout problem is a reflection of the stress produced by individual face work problems, it also reflects from one side of our country police force in such aspects as its organization, system, and even reflect the police force in the whole social environment present situation.Therefore, this paper abandoned the previous set out from the police individual, using psychological research method, and served the police job burnout as a kind of people psychological problem to study. On the basis of past research and in the perspective of the profession environment, by discussing the police individual environment, police organization, police system environment, social environment influence on police job burnout, in order to look at it from a side in the construction of the police force in the work of the organization construction, system construction and so on should pay attention to the problem. In this paper, in the main from job burnout, police job burnout and relevant concepts of police job burnout introduces the related theory, influence factors and so on. On the basis of theoretical analysis, to introduce the profession environment related representational factors: the police individual environmental factor, the police organization environmental factors, environmental factors such as the police system the external environmental factors and social environmental factors such as the police internal environment factors, standing in the point of view of the profession environment, to analysis the dynamic relationship between police job burnout and the police to occupational environment. To peep the problems in the construction of the police force in our country, the organization building, institution building, and public communication, etc, and stand in the view of "police job burnout", to put forward our own suggestions, and hoping to provide a little reference significance and practical value to the police team construction.
