中共十九大报告指出"中国特色社会主义进入新时代",中国社会的主要矛盾已经由改革开放之初"人民日益增长的物质文化需要同落后的社会生产之间的矛盾",转化为新时代"人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾"。中国共产党将新时代人民利益的内涵更新为"美好生活需要"。美好生活需要这一表达新时代人民利益的提法,既符合中国国情,又指向马克思主义实现一切人自由而全面的发展的最高命题,同时坚持了人民本位的立场,具有重要的理论和实践意义。

  • The Report of the 19 th CPC National Congress points out that "socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era",and the principal contradiction facing China has evolved. What we now face is the contradiction between unbalanced and inadequate development and the people's ever-growing needs for a better life. The CPC has renewed the connotation of the people's interests in the new era into "needs for a better life". This expression of the people's interests in the new era,not only conforms to Chin's national conditions,but also points to the highest proposition of Marxism realizing free and comprehensive development of all people. At the same time,it adheres to people-oriented position,and has important theoretical and practical significance.
