打造"人类命运共同体"是进入21世纪尤其是中国共产党第十八次全国代表大会召开以来我国着眼于中国乃至世界未来前景的时代倡议,也是中国为携手世界一道应对全球治理挑战包括解决一系列日益严峻的全球性问题所提出的富有远见的新发展路径。"人类命运共同体"是中国对人类社会共同发展、互利共享、共同利益的深思熟虑后所提出的新价值理念、新合作内涵。深入促进中国在文明视野下的文明理性主义的成型,就要持续不断地对人类命运共同体的逻辑内涵进行理解与把握,这对于推动我国实现中华民族伟大复兴进程和全球新的国际秩序框架的逐步建立,促进人类社会的共同发展、持续繁荣意义深远。

Constituting a "human destiny community" is an era of China's vision of the future of China and the world after the 21 st century, especially after the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and is a visionary new path for China to work together to meet the global governance challenges either, including solving a series of increasingly global problems. "Human destiny community" is China's common development of human society, mutual benefit, common interests after the thought of the new concept of ideas as well as new cooperative connotation. To further promote the formation of civilized rationalism in China's civilization, we ought to continue to understand and grasp the logical connotation of the human destiny community, which is of great significance to promote the process of China's great renaissance of the Chinese nation and the establishment of a new international order framework as well as to promote the common development of human society and sustained prosperity.
