法学开放课程建设的现状反思与路径创新

摘要:

我国开放课程建设虽在数量与规模上取得骄人成绩,但大部分在线开放课程质量却亟待提升.当前我国部分法学类开放课程建设存在"换汤不换药""循规蹈矩""秋扇见捐"、沦为"形象工程"等诸问题.未来在建设法学开放课程时应主要从创新课堂教学技艺、转变教师教学理念、完善开放课程评价机制、革新课堂教学方式等四个方面实现法学课程设计与教学技艺创新,以建设出内容先进、品质优越、制作精良的法学类开放课程,推行混合式教学模式,培养应用型、复合型的卓越法律人才和提高人民群众学法、遵法、懂法、守法、用法的意识.

  • Although the open curriculum construction in our country has achieved remarkable results in terms of quantity and scale,the quality of most online open courses needs to be improved.At present,there are many problems in the construction of open courses of law in China,such as"a change in form but not in content,""behaving in compliance with rules,""seeing donations from autumn fans,"and"image engineering."In the future,in the course of building open courses in law,the law courses design and teaching skills innovation should be implemented fromfour aspects:innovating classroom teaching skills,changing teachers' teaching philosophy,innovating classroom teaching methods,and improving the open courses evaluation mechanism,to build law open courses with advanced content,superior quality,and excellent production,to promote a hybrid teaching mode,to train application-oriented and compound-type outstanding legal talents,and improve people's awareness of learning law,observing law,understanding law,observing law,and usage.
