摘要：

内生性金融具有高度内生性,其核心特征在于"自下而上"的产生,是为适应国家中的个体进行经济活动的内在要求而产生的金融形态。在本质上,我国民营银行具有内生性金融的一般制度属性,其发展是民营经济体面对需求方的信贷配给和供给方的金融抑制双重约束下的必然选择,是中国整体性金融制度结构动态演进的必然结果。民营银行体系的稳健和高效运行需要完善的法律制度作为保障。

  • Endogenous finance is a financial form adapted to the internal requirements of the individual in the country to carry out economic activities.Its core feature is the emergence of "bottom-up ",possess highly endogenous,and it is significantly different from the financial institutions that have been set up by the state.In essence,the private banks in China have the general institutional attributes of the endogenous financial institutions.Its development is the inevitable choice of the private economy in the face of dual constraints of the credit rationing of the demand side and the financial repression of the supply side,and the inevitable result of the dynamic evolution of overall financial system structure in China.The sound and efficient operation of the private banking system requires a perfect legal system as a guarantee.
