摘要：

众多部落、族群、民族历经5000年交流互鉴和族际政治整合,最终形成了多元一体的大中华;其间还经历了王朝国家向民族国家、不成熟的民族国家向成熟的民族国家的复杂演变。这种从自为到自觉的整合所遵循的逻辑,既体现了某种普遍性,更展示了中华民族自身发展的独特性,其在历史与现实的交织中,内含国家革故鼎新的要求,且在现实与未来的传承中,必为中华民族的兴盛构筑牢固的认同基础。在摆脱了王朝国家的历史循环和犹豫徘徊之后,中华民族最终选择了现代法治民主之路,并认同和追求全人类"和平、发展、公平、正义、民主、自由"的共同价值。在新的历史条件下,以法治民主为导向的族际政治整合不但会强力铸牢中华民族共同体意识,而且必将促使中华民族成为人类共同价值的引领者和人类命运共同体构建的推动者。

  • Through 50-century of exchanges and mutual learning and inter-ethnic integration among many tribes, ethnic groups and nationalities, the Greater China had finally been formed, alongside the great transfers from imperial dynasty to immature nation, and further to modern and full-fledged country. The logic followed by this natural and later self-conscious integration,embodied a certain universality, but also showed the uniqueness of the Chinese development. The interweaving of history and reality,indicated the country's new demands for innovation and must build a solid identity foundation for its prosperity in the inheritance of reality and the future. After getting rid of the historical cycle and hesitancy of the dynasty,this nation has chosen modern rule of law and democracy,and identified and pursued common values of "peace,development, equality, justice, democracy and freedom" for all mankind. Under the new historical conditions, further ethnic political integration will promote the nation to be the pioneer and facilitator of the global community of shared future.
