摘要：

Using the questionnaire of PCL-C, HSCL-25, PSSS, HTQ, surveying rural grass-roots cadres' PTSD, and studying perceived social support, trauma exposure and its relationship with PTSD, the research is devoted to survey mental health of rural grass-roots cadres in disaster area after the earthquake. Through surveying and analyzing, it's very easy to get the following results: (1) PTSD, depression, anxiety of rural grass-roots cadres in disaster area are more serious; (2) rural grass-roots cadres in disaster area are high perceived social support; (3) PTSD, depression, anxiety of rural grass-roots cadres in most severe disaster area are most serious. Hence, it is necessary to strengthen psychological assistance at present, especially, for rural grass-roots cadres in disaster to help them alleviate the psychological pressures and help them to get rid of the shadow of the earthquake and the reconstruct their own soul.
